Orders

At this time, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. You can try to contact us with your order number in the rare case that someone on Team VIII can help but there are no guarantees that your order can be cancelled or changed.

Please contact us asap with your order number but please keep in mind that VIII is not responsible for orders being sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer in the order. We will try our best to accommodate.

VIII does not offer exchanges at the current moment.


Returns & Refunds

At VIII, all purchases are final.

VIII reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments & refunds. But of course, in the case that something arrives to you in a compromised and/or damaged way, please do not hesitate to contact us with your order number & photos of the issue within 48 hours of shipment delivery. We, at VIII, will try our best to help.

A refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return.

Firstly, we want to apologize that your items arrived damaged. That is definitely not how we want our items to be shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number & photo(s) of your damaged products. We will try our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
